The Fund shall invest exclusively in Treasury Bills issued by the Bank of Sierra Leone that mature within a year.

The manager shall receive a management fee of 2.5% per annum of the Fund’s average daily net assets value.
No dividends shall be paid out to investors. All net investment income and realized capital gain, if any, will be reinvested and will reflect on the share price which is calculated daily. Any investor who wishes to cash out his/her investment may redeem their shares.
Shares can be redeemed by applying in person at the offices of the Manager on every business day except on public and statutory holidays.
There shall be no redemption charges
The base currency of the Fund is the Leone.
