The Fund shall invest in fixed income securities such as Bank of Sierra Leone treasury bills, notes and bonds as well as other fixed income securities such as bank fixed deposits, commercial papers, etc whose maturities are mostly more than 1 year.

CAM – approved by the Bank of Sierra Leone as the first Fund Manager
The manager shall receive a management fee of 2.5% per annum of the Fund’s average daily net assets value.
No dividends shall be paid out to investors. All net investment income and realized capital gain, if any, will be reinvested and will reflect on the share price which is calculated daily. Any investor who wishes to cash out his/her investment may redeem their shares.
Shares can be redeemed by applying in person at the offices of the Manager on every business day except on public and statutory holidays.
A fee of 2% applies to redemption requests within 180 days of investment.
A fee of 1% shall be charged for redemption requests before 1 year but more than 180 days.
After 1 calendar year, no redemption charges shall apply.
The base currency of the Fund is the Leone.

The Fund is authorized as a Collective Investment Scheme by the Bank of Sierra Leone.
